How do I search for a manual?
The eManuals Website supports two ways to search: Search Box or Navigation Drill-down. To use the Search Box, enter a Brand, Model Number, Manual Type and/or Keyword in the Model # or Name box and click on the Search button or press the Enter key on your keyboard. A listing of all manuals that match that name or number will appear, in alphabetical or numeric order. To use the the Navigation Drill-Down, roll your cursor over the Document Tree in the far left area of the screen. As you are positioned over the Category or Sub-category of the manual you are seeking, click your mouse. A listing of all manuals that match that Category or Sub-category will appear, in alphabetical order. If the manual you are looking for is not available, contact your Medtronic Representative for assistance.
How do I view a manual?
Click on the title of the manual. Once the manual appears on your display, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader to page through the manual, search for terms, save the manual, or print any or all pages of the manual. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click the Get Acrobat Reader button on the home page of this web site.
How do I download a manual?
Viewing and downloading are the same process. When you click on the manual's title, the whole manual is downloaded to your computer. You can then save it to a local drive or print it.
How do I print a manual?
Click on the title of the manual to open the manual on your screen. Use the Acrobat Reader printer icon to print the entire manual or to select specific pages to print.
How do I order a paper manual?
Use the Search box or the document tree to find the desired manual. Click the (
) Order Print link to order a paper copy of the manual. The website will then display all the items in your current order. You may proceed by searching for additional items and adding them to your order. When you have finished selecting the desired manuals, click the My Order link to perform a final review and click Continue to complete the order process. If the manual you are looking for is not available, contact your Medtronic representative for assistance.
How do I order a CD ROM?
Some manuals on the site are associated with a collection of manuals available in CD ROM format. To check if the one you want is available, find the title of the manual you want to order. If a (
) Order CD link appears, click on the link to order it. You can choose choose multiple CD ROMs. When you have finished selecting the desired CD ROMs, click the My Order link to see a list of all of the CD ROMs (and manuals) you have selected. Enter the quantity of CD ROMs that you want to order, and then click Confirm Address to process your order.*
What is a Document Bundle and how do I order one?
A Document Bundle is a group of manuals that must be ordered together. When you order one document that is part of a bundle, your order will include all manuals in the bundle. Click the View Document Set link to dowmload the bundle. To order the bundle, click Order Print.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our facility and delivered within 3 business days. Any potential delivery delays due to holidays are communicated in advance on the Welcome page of this website.
What do I do if there is an issue with my order or if I am having trouble ordering manuals?
If there is an issue with your order or if you having trouble ordering a manual, contact your Medtronic Representative. Also, remember that manuals are available for electronic viewing or downloading on this website 24 hours a day.
