WILL MEDTRONIC SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

Medtronic shares the information collected from this form with our print vendor (R.R. Donnelly) via a secure, encrypted data channel. This vendor is only allowed to use the Personal Information for the purpose of complying with your request to ship the relevant manuals to you. Subject to applicable laws, we may also have grounds to disclose your personal information if we are required to do so to comply with any law, regulation, court order, legal or government request. In the unlikely event that all or part of our business is acquired by a third party, your information may be transferred to the new corporate owner insofar as it is relevant to the business in question and subject to appropriate safeguards being in place.
